Lushea Return Policy

At Finfig Consulting t/a Lushea Cosmetics & Supplies, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returning products, receiving refunds, or requesting exchanges when you shop with us at lushea.co.za. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following terms and conditions will apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Finfig Consulting t/a Lushea Cosmetics & Supplies, is not responsible for incorrect order selections made by customers. If you’ve chosen the wrong size, colour, or quantity for your packaging or raw materials and wish to return the items, a 10% handling fee will apply to the total value of the returned goods.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. If you’re unsatisfied with your product, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving it at info@lushea.co.za. A minimum handling fee of 10% may apply for returns, provided the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that returns require prior authorisation and approval from our management team. Goods sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of receipt, provided the item:
• Is not a raw material such as essential oils, fragrances, butters, cosmeceutical, nutraceutical, and such.
• Is not a personal use item, such as beauty products, shapewear, underwear, and so on
• Is not special orders, personalised items, special promotions.
• Is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Has all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Is not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 5 below).
• Is accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
• Contact us within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of goods.
• Provide clearly visible photos of the product damage, defect, or error.
• We will replace the item, offer store credits, or a full refund.
3. Refunds and Replacements
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of goods. Please send us clear pictures with your request to: info@lushea.co.za.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Returned goods must be sent to a Delivery Location that would be communicated to you. Shipping and handling fees are at your cost, and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
• Approved refunds will be processed as store credits or your original method of payment within 14 business days.
• In the case of partial returns, only the returned item’s value will be refunded.
• You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product (subject to stock availability) within the return period. Exchanges are subject to inspection, availability and Courier arrangements you make.
• If the requested item is not available, we may offer store credits.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective:
• Perishable or raw material goods (e.g., essential oils, fragrances, butters, cosmeceutical, nutraceutical, flowers).
• Personal use products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products, shapewear, underwear).
• Special or clearance items.
• Gift cards or vouchers.
• Customized or made-to-order items.
6. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
• For approved returns, we will communicate Delivery Location to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
• Check your bank account or payment method again.
• Contact your payment provider.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@lushea.co.za.
